English Garden Party Bridal Shower – Part 2

My sister’s bridal shower was held recently, and in part 1 the planning process was discussed. A garden party bridal shower is so much fun, and we want to share more details of the day. Guests awaited the arrival of the bride, Christina, with conversation and unlimited mimosas. It is a fact, that you can never, ever go wrong with bottomless mimosas.



Christina arrived, and although she knew about the shower, she did not know the theme. We quickly dressed her with a white fascinator and a bride-to-be sash. Cocktail & Party Ideas for Breakfast at Tiffany’s Themed Shower

I threw my best friend Tiffany a bridal shower a few years ago with a Breakfast at Tiffany’s shower theme. I went nuts at the party store, buying anything and everything with sparkles and pearls. It was a relatively simple decorating job with Tiffany blue, white, and some glitter or silver pieces here and there.


Vistaprint is one of my favorites when it comes to having things printed. I bought these invitations and some plain white envelopes.


I asked that everyone wear their favorite little black dress in honor of the movie and although I was worried people would think it was bold to ask them to wear something particular, everyone showed up in a black dress and thought the idea was fun!
